Dental Treatment Coordinator / Dental Nurse (Dual Role)

Full-time | 40 hours per week
Join Rebecca Bliss and her friendly team at Bupa Dental Care Manchester Malthouse as our new Treatment Coordinator / Dental Nurse. This is an exciting dual role where you’ll support patients through their treatment journey while also carrying out Dental Nursing duties.
About the Role- Guiding patients through treatment plans, explaining options, and supporting them every step of the way
- Providing chairside support and clinical assistance as required
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:45 am – 5:15 pm
- Wednesday: 9:45 am – 7:15 pm
- Friday: 7:45 am – 2:15 pm – Early finish every Friday
- GDC-registered Dental Nurse
- Experience or interest in a Treatment Coordinator role
- Confident communicator with excellent patient care skills
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced practice
- Team player who enjoys building rapport with patients
- Be the first point of contact for new private patients and existing patients interested in specialist treatments.
- Confidently discuss treatment options and fees.
- Deliver a high‑quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and contribute to practice efficiency.
- Champion customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practice.
- Coordinate dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with all members of the practice team.
- Play a key role in the practice leadership team, supporting the Practice Manager.
- Extensive clinical knowledge of treatments provided within a healthcare setting.
- Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex treatment plans.
- Previous experience delivering outstanding service in a customer‑facing role.
- Proven stakeholder‑management skills.
- GDC registered; knowledge of dental practice management systems desirable.
