- Wednesday: 9:45am – 7:15pm
- Friday: 7:45am – 2:15pm

AboutThe Role
This exciting dual role combines treatment coordination and dental nursing duties. You will support patients through their treatment journey, discuss treatment options, provide outstanding customer care, and supply chairside support during Thursday sessions and holiday cover.
What We're Looking For- GDC-registered Experienced Qualified Dental Nurse
- Previous TCO experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and proactive
- Social media experience would be an advantage
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
Manchester Malthouse is a modern specialist referral practice with a supportive team, excellent facilities and a strong community feel. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative environment where patient care always comes first.
On-site parking is available on a rota basis, with additional parking facilities located nearby. Easily accessible from Salford Central Station (7 minutes walk) and Manchester Victoria Station. Tram - Exchange Sq is the closest stop to the practice, approx. 10 min walk from the practice.

Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for new private patients to the practice; and existing patients expressing an interest in specialist treatments
- Confidently discuss the treatment and fees involved
- Deliver a high‑quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability
- Be a champion of customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practice
- Coordinate dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the practice team
- Play a key role in the practice leadership team, supporting and deputising for the Practice Manager
- Extensive clinical knowledge of treatments provided within a healthcare setting
- Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly understand and communicate complex treatment plans, procedures and requirements
- Previous experience of delivering an outstanding service in a customer facing role
- Proven strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deal with a broad range of people
- CQC/GDC registered, and knowledge of dental practice management systems is desirable
