This role is perfect for a senior Technician passionate about digital dentistry, workflow optimisation, and quality assurance, offering full autonomy, outstanding facilities, and collaborative clinical engagement.
About the Position- Full-Time – Monday to Friday – sociable hours
- Up to £60,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
- Oversee scheduling, digital production, and quality control
- Manage a multi-specialty team and daily lab operations
- Lead CAD/CAM and digital workflows

- Previous supervisory or managerial experience required
- Proficient in digital dental technologies

Shape), 3D printing, and scanning systems - Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with All-On-X full arch restorations and Crowns & Bridges
- Strong understanding of dental materials, prosthetic design, and lab techniques
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
