My client, an established RIBA chartered architectural practice with a strong heritage, is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join their innovative design team. This award-winning firm has a national presence and specialises in education, healthcare, transport, retail and residential projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive digital innovation within a practice renowned for delivering high-quality architectural solutions across both private and public sectors.

Essential Requirements:

Proven track record as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator in architectural practice
Advanced expertise in Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 collaboration platforms
Comprehensive understanding of ISO standards
Strong model quality assurance and clash detection experience
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder liaison

Key Responsibilities:

Leading BIM strategy implementation and maintaining digital protocols
Managing BIM Execution Plans across multiple project streams
Conducting model audits and quality control processes
Delivering training and technical support to project teams
Coordinating digital workflows between architects, consultants and contractors
Evaluating emerging technologies to enhance project delivery
