Job Title:

Daily Duties
Lead and develop design work on healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
Produce, manage, and coordinate Revit/BIM models with a focus on accuracy and collaboration
Work closely with healthcare planners, consultants, and client stakeholders to develop well-considered design solutions
Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings and client presentations
Undertake site inspections, monitor progress, and assist with quality assurance
Mentor junior team members and support the development of studio BIM standards
Contribute to bid writing, proposals, and wider business development activities
Ideal Candidate
Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with relevant professional accreditation (or working towards it)
Strong Revit and BIM capability with experience coordinating complex projects
Proven experience in healthcare architecture with understanding of HTM/HBN standards
Ability to produce high-quality technical information and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing skills
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks
Collaborative, positive and committed to continuous improvement and design quality
