Part 2 Architectural Assistant

They are ready to welcome a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant who is eager to make a real difference while developing their career within a supportive, forward-thinking studio.
Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
Assist in crafting innovative healthcare design concepts and producing precise, high-quality technical drawings
Create engaging 3D models, renders, and visualisations that bring patient-focused and clinical spaces to life
Support the preparation of planning applications, healthcare compliance documents, and regulatory submissions
Collaborate closely with the wider design team to ensure projects meet healthcare standards, deadlines, and exceptional quality
Attend client meetings, site visits, and project reviews alongside NHS trusts and private healthcare partners
Contribute to compelling presentations, reports, and design documents that communicate vision with clarity
Carry out research into healthcare materials, medical equipment integration, and sector-leading design trends
Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
Proficiency in Revit is essential
Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning processes, and healthcare design standards
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
A creative, solution-driven approach with a passion for problem-solving
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
Strong organisational skills with confidence managing multiple responsibilities
A genuine enthusiasm for sustainable, patient-centred healthcare design
