Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

Produce detailed project information from planning stages onwards
Coordinate with the design team on day-to-day project information
Liaise with main contractors and sub contactor teams
Attend design meetings and undertake site visits
Update and deliver working drawing packs of information

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Strong experience working on RIBA stages 4 onwards
Sector specialist experience or experience working on projects across a range of sectors
Experience carrying out site meetings would be desirable
Strong technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
