Key Responsibilities of the Architectural Technician will include:

- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for a range of projects.

- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and others to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

- Utilise REVIT software to create and manage building information models.

- Ensure all designs comply with current building regulations and standards.

Skills and Experience

Required:

- Approximately 2-5 years' experience in an architectural role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.

- Proficiency in REVIT software is important.

- Excellent technical drawing skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
