Accessories Designer

The Company

Do you want to be part of a dynamic & fast-growing business? We are seeking a motivated Accessories Designer to support the design team. You will have sole responsibility for a number of key accounts and will work closely with key account managers to excite retailers with new accessories.

This is a Maternity cover – 12-14 months starting in April 2026

The Role:

Development of seasonal collections across men’s and women’s headwear and soft accessories.

Helping to ensure products meet client specifications.

Be commercially aware and how to translate into designs.

Have a working knowledge of fabrics and fittings development and sourcing.

Interpreting seasonal key trends.
Inspirational boards and colour palettes.
Presentation of collections.
Development and sourcing of products and sampling.
Creating detailed tech packs.

Travel to customer meetings

Skills Required:

A degree or diploma in Fashion/Textiles or related field

Strong communication and organisational skills

CAD skills (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) are a plus, but not essential

Benefits

25 days holiday (increasing to 30 based on length of service)

Monday - Thursday 8.00am-4.30pm

Friday - 8.00am - 1.00pm
