Overview

Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join one of Manchester’s leading RIBA practices. Independent run, AJ100, employee-focused and offering one of the best benefits packages in the North West. This RIBA practice employs over 100 staff and is going through a period of growth. They are expanding their Residential team and seeking an ‘all-rounder’ to work closely with one of the residential leads in the practice.

This position is likely to focus on residential recladding works due to the current workload.

• Work on Revit & BIM
• Focus on a wide range of residential recladding projects
• Working on projects across all stages of the design process, including feasibility studies, planning applications, construction details, producing 3D models and client presentations.
• Liaise with local authorities, including building and planning, and internal/external consultants
• Project runs from inception to completion
• Support the Residential lead within the practice

The salary for this Senior Architectural Technologist position ranges from £37,500 to £50,000 depending on previous experience.
