Architectural Technologist

• Prepare and develop detailed technical drawing packages and construction documents
• Assist in the production of specifications and schedules
• Support projects across RIBA stages, with a focus on Stages 4 and 5
• Coordinate and integrate information from consultants into technical designs
• Liaise with contractors and assist during the construction phase
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, standards and technical best practices
• Contribute to the development of design concepts into buildable solutions

• Relevant qualification (HNC/HND, Degree or equivalent) in Architectural Technology
• Proven experience in a technical role within a UK:based practice
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and/or other BIM software
• Solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
• Good organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• CIAT affiliation or working towards chartership is desirable
