Technical Project Manager – Live Events

Are you an experienced Technical Project Manager ready to take full ownership of exciting live event projects in 2026?

We’re working with a leading, production‑led live events company delivering high‑impact events across the UK, who are looking for a confident and commercially aware Technical Project Manager to join their growing projects team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on managing the full event lifecycle, from initial brief and creative concept through to on‑site delivery, ensuring every technical, logistical and creative detail is executed to the highest standard.

• Manage the full event project lifecycle from enquiry to post‑event review
• Take detailed client briefs and advise on clear, practical technical solutions
• Develop creative ideas and prepare CAD plans
• Specify equipment, produce quotations and manage project budgets
• Chair client meetings and attend site visits
• Book and manage crew & resources, producing clear communication documentation
• Liaise with venues, performers and third‑party suppliers
• Prepare and manage Health & Safety documentation
• Support business development and promote company services
• Deliver projects on‑site across the UK (with occasional international travel)

• 5+ years’ experience within the professional live events industry
• Strong technical production knowledge
• Experience producing CAD plans and technical specifications
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident, polished and client‑facing
• Commercially aware with a customer‑first mindset
• Hands‑on rigging / de‑rigging experience advantageous but not essential.
