Be the voice of the customer and turn insight into product advantage.

I am recruiting a Product Researcher to join a fast‑paced product organisation where you will uncover user needs, plan research initiatives and deliver insight that shapes product direction. You will partner with Designers, Product Managers and Engineers to ensure every decision is grounded in evidence.

• You will help build and embed a modern research practice within a digital first organisation.
• You will run research across discovery, delivery and optimisation.
• You will work in a data‑rich, highly transactional environment where insights have immediate impact.

• Planning and conducting interviews, surveys and usability testing.
• Turning findings into clear, actionable recommendations and stories.
• Championing the customer while understanding commercial and technical constraints.
• Collaborating closely with product teams to integrate insight into roadmaps.

• Proven experience across qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into decisions.
• Confidence working autonomously and embedding with cross‑functional teams.

• Start: ASAP
• Hybrid: Manchester for 2 days per week and 3 days per week WFH
• Package: £45,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and full benefits
