Contract Architectural Technologist

Hourly Rate: £28-£33 Per Hour

Calibre Search is working in partnership with the Manchester office of a well‑known, well‑reputed Architectural consultancy with a strong presence both in the UK and abroad.

Our client has a vast and exciting workload, boasting several flagship schemes in the sports/leisure industry as well as a number of large projects in the healthcare, education, residential and commercial sectors.

We have an immediate start available for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join on a contract basis. The role will initially be on a 3‑4 month contract, though it may be extended or even made permanent if workload permits.

• Join the design team and support architectural projects across various sectors.
• Translate design intent into detailed construction documents using Revit.
• Work closely with architects, engineers and consultants to ensure accurate deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and update models as required.

• Previous experience using Revit on live projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural drafting and detailing.
• Experience in sports/leisure, healthcare, education, residential or commercial design is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
