Salary: £26-36,000 DOE

Daily Duties
Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information
Developing and coordinating BIM/Revit models
Supporting the delivery of projects across planning, technical and construction stages
Coordinating with architects, consultants and wider design teams
Assisting with technical detailing and building regulation compliance
Attending design team meetings and contributing to project coordination
Supporting project teams to ensure quality and technical accuracy
Ideal Candidate
Suitable for graduates through to intermediate level Architectural Technologists
Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
Revit proficiency is essential
Strong technical drawing and detailing ability
Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
Good communication and organisational skills
Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to learning and development
