Architectural Technologist (Graduate

Location:
Manchester
Salary: £26-36,000 DOE

Daily Duties
Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information
Assisting with planning, technical and construction stage packages
Supporting the coordination of projects from concept through to completion
Working closely with architects, consultants, and project teams
Ensuring drawings comply with current UK building regulations and standards
Preparing and coordinating Revit/BIM models and technical documentation
Attending design team meetings and assisting with project delivery
Ideal Candidate
Suitable for graduates through to intermediate level Architectural Technologists
Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
Revit proficiency is essential
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload across multiple projects
A proactive team player with strong communication skills
Enthusiastic about developing technical expertise within a growing practice
