This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UKs top 10 architectural practices who provide their expertise to industrial projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Manchester

• Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulations packages and submit planning applications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience managing projects across various sectors
• Industrial sector experience is desirable
• Job running experience
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
