Architectural Technologist

Overview

Architectural Technologist needed to join a busy, multi-disciplinary consultancy in South Manchester as they look to develop and enhance their Architectural profile over the coming years. This reputable organisation have offices located strategically throughout the country. They offer their services to an extensive list of both private and public sector clients and work on a diverse range of projects. Initially the workload is focused within the Residential and Housing sector.

This will include some housing, apartment, Master planning, private dwellings and local community schemes across the North-West. We are hoping for the successful Architectural Technologist to continue their excellent work in this sector and assist with their further development of their portfolio into other sectors:
Education, Commercial, Retail, etc.

• Prepare technical and tender documentation and building regulations applications
• Develop the in‑house CAD & REVIT capabilities
• Provide assistance to lesser‑experienced members of staff

• Holding a relevant Architectural qualification (Minimum 2 years UK Based experience)
• Previous experience working on Residential projects is essential:
  Master planning, Layout design, private dwellings
• Excellent technical capabilities
• Excellent communication skills:
  Written and verbal
• Full proficiency using AutoCAD software
• REVIT experience is essential
