Job Summary
Elliot Thomas Consulting are partnered with a global architectural practice that has recently launched a brand-new studio in Manchester city centre and is now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architect to support its continued growth. This is an opportunity to join a practice with an impressive international reputation, working on high-profile projects across the UK and internationally.
The team is seeking a talented and design-focused architect who can play a key role in the development of the Manchester studio, leading projects, mentoring team members, and helping to shape the future direction of the business. As a Senior Architect, you will be involved throughout all RIBA stages, taking responsibility for project leadership, client engagement, design coordination, and project delivery.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards while supporting the growth and development of junior staff.
The role would suit a qualified Architect with strong design and technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience delivering complex projects across a range of sectors. Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable, alongside the ability to confidently manage stakeholders and lead project teams. Experience working on High-Risk Buildings would be advantageous, although not essential. Beyond the projects themselves, the business offers genuine long-term progression opportunities, with a clear pathway toward Studio Lead level and potentially Director level for those looking to advance further.
The salary on offer is in the region of £50,000–£60,000, alongside an excellent benefits package including:
