About this jobTechnical Coordinator role offering a wide variety of construction methods and flagship sites across Greater Manchester.
Responsibilities- Oversee RIBA stages and BIM coordinated design.
- Monitor drawings, planning conditions and liaise with local authorities and LABC.
- Engage in the life cycle of housing projects ranging from affordable housing to 6-storey apartments.
- Architectural background.
- Knowledge of RIBA up to stage 5.
- Experience in BIM coordination.
- Competitive salary £40,000 - £50,000.
