Associate Urban Designer - Urban Design Job in Manchester - £55,000 - £70,000 (North West)
North West | £55,000 - £70,000 | Hybrid working with a minimum of three studio days weekly
Hunter Dunning is working with an established practice delivering landscape led urban design and master planning projects across the UK.
This role focuses on leading urban regeneration and master planning projects, managing delivery from concept through to planning within the UK planning system. You will also support team leadership and mentor junior staff.
Your Experience- Minimum five years experience on UK based urban design and regeneration projects
- Town centre master planning and mixed use development within planning frameworks
- Project leadership from inception through to delivery stages
- AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modelling software
- Understanding of UK planning policy and urban regeneration processes
- Profit share scheme through employee ownership model
