A Construction Consultancy is seeking a Lead Building Regulation Principal Designer to manage large‑scale Building Surveying and Project Management projects. You will work hybrid from their office and receive a clear bonus structure.

The company prides itself on excellent client relationships and has built a sustainable pipeline from repeat business. Employees also have access to an in‑office gym free of charge.

The successful Applicant will manage the existing pipeline and engage clients to grow this, with a bonus scheme that rewards performance heavily.

The Lead Building Regulation Principal Designer will ensure Building Regulation compliance and guide clients through the Gateway process.

The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in an Architectural, Design or Building Control role.

Required memberships: ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE or MCIOB.

Registration as a Principal Designer with RIBA, CIAT or APS is advantageous.

The salary is negotiable based on ability and experience, but as a guide:
