Architect – 2‑5 Years PQE

Salary: £42,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

A growing design‑led architectural studio is looking to appoint an Architect with 2+ years PQE to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable Architect who enjoys working across all RIBA stages and wants greater responsibility, autonomy, and long‑term career progression within a collaborative practice. It is perfect for someone who enjoys working on thoughtfully designed projects, collaborating within a creative environment, and contributing from concept through to completion.

• Qualified Architect with 2+ years PQE
• Experience delivering UK‑based projects across multiple RIBA stages
• Strong technical and design capability
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a design‑led environment

• Experience working on residential and mixed‑use projects
• Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
• Experience attending site and client meetings
• Strong presentation and visual communication skills

As an Architect, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

• Lead and support projects across multiple RIBA stages
• Produce planning, tender and technical drawing packages
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients
• Support project delivery and programme management
• Attend client, design team and site meetings
• Contribute to design reviews and creative development
• Ensure projects are delivered to a high technical and design standard
• Assist with planning submissions and project documentation
