A respected, employee‑owned architectural practice is looking to recruit an Architect for its Manchester studio. The successful candidate will join a £20m education project currently at RIBA Stage 3. • Take ownership of the design and technical delivery of a major training and education project
• Coordinate external consultants and maintain effective stakeholder communication
• Produce and review detailed technical information and construction documentation
• Contribute to project delivery across RIBA Stages 3-5
• Monitor design quality, project deadlines, and technical compliance
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider project team to ensure successful delivery

• ARB‑registered Architect
• Previous experience delivering commercial, workplace, or education‑related projects
• Ability to independently manage project responsibilities and lead key work packages
• Strong technical knowledge and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
