Manchester
Salary: £38-44,000
A respected, employee‑owned architectural practice is looking to recruit an Architect for its Manchester studio. The successful candidate will join a £20m education project currently at RIBA Stage 3. The scheme includes teaching spaces, workshops, flexible learning environments, and an auditorium, offering the opportunity to work on a technically challenging and impactful development.

- Take ownership of the design and technical delivery of a major training and education project
- Coordinate external consultants and maintain effective stakeholder communication
- Produce and review detailed technical information and construction documentation
- Contribute to project delivery across RIBA Stages 3-5
- Monitor design quality, project deadlines, and technical compliance
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider project team to ensure successful delivery
- ARB‑registered Architect
- Previous experience delivering commercial, workplace, or education‑related projects
- Ability to independently manage project responsibilities and lead key work packages
- Strong technical knowledge and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
