Northern Healthcare Ltd is recruiting a Chartered Architectural Technologist to work at their head office in Eccles, Manchester. The role involves detail design drawings and managing projects from RIBA stage 3 to stage 7, particularly focusing on converting care homes into shared facilities for adults with mental health needs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in working with existing buildings, ideally be MCIAT qualified, and have proficient knowledge of Building Regulations and Autodesk Revit. A driving license and DBS check will be required.
