Architect – Design‑Led Studio, Manchester

Conrad Consulting have a new vacancy that would be well suited to a qualified Architect. This is an opportunity to join a relatively new studio with a fresh-feel to them. They were founded within the last 15 years and have a national presence. They are focused on good quality Architecture with particular focus on Interiors too. Typically they work on thoughtful and considered projects within the Residential, Hospitality, and Commercial sectors.

They are now looking for an Architect to join their close‑knit team and help shape the future of the practice.

This is a job-running role, with opportunity to flex your muscles and produce high-quality Architecture. Their is a supportive team locally in Manchester.

You’ll work across all RIBA stages, contributing to concept development, technical delivery, and client engagement. Expect a varied workload, hands‑on involvement, and the chance to influence design direction from day one.

What we are looking for:

Design experience in residential, hospitality, or commercial projects

Strong conceptual thinking paired with solid technical understanding

Confidence in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

Ability to communicate ideas clearly — visually, verbally, and in writing

A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for high‑quality Architecture and Interiors
