Graduate Architectural Technologist

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + Benefits

Flexiss Projects is a growing design and development company specialising in self-storage facilities across the UK. We work on exciting projects including new-build developments and conversions of retail, warehouse, and industrial buildings.

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Architectural Technologist to join our team and support the delivery of innovative commercial projects.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or junior technologist looking to build experience in commercial and industrial design. You’ll work closely with our in-house architect, engineers, consultants, and project managers to help create accurate technical drawings and coordinated building models using Autodesk Revit.

You may also attend site meetings and support ongoing improvement works across existing self-storage facilities.

• Producing technical drawings and Revit models
• Assisting with layout plans, elevations, and construction details
• Supporting coordination with structural and MEP consultants
• Helping prepare planning and building regulation packages
• Assisting with design updates throughout project delivery
• Supporting project teams on-site when required

• Degree or qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in commercial, industrial, or warehouse projects
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

• Placement or internship experience in design or construction
• Understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Interest in industrial or self-storage developments
