  • Design and develop collections from concept to completion, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand aesthetic.
  • Focus on fabrication, construction, and refined detailing to deliver premium, timeless silhouettes and coords.
  • Produce accurate technical drawings and specifications for production.
  • Manage fabric and trim sourcing, building strong supplier relationships.
  • Oversee the organisation and upkeep of the fabric and trim library.
  • Collaborate closely with Production and Product Development on supplier allocation, costing challenges, and quality standards.
  • Attend weekly fit sessions, contributing to design refinements and supporting CAD updates following fit comments.
  • Prepare monthly CAD boards for collection releases.
  • Compile design packs and materials for sign-off meetings.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, including regular comp shops and trend reporting.
  • Carry out ongoing research to inform seasonal direction and product development.

  • Strong aesthetic judgement with a clear understanding of modern ladies wear trends and positioning.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to evolving brand needs.
  • Confident presenting ideas and work to senior stakeholders.
