** Salary £55300 - £69100 depending on experience + Management Bonus

** What you bring
*** Demonstrable, substantial experience in product design in a leadership or mentorship role.
* A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, interaction design depth, and measurable impact.
* Depth in product design plus breadth across research, service, content, systems, or strategy.
* Ability to zoom out on vision and zoom in on details.
* Experience working with AI tools like Figma Make.
* Discovery mindset: test early, guide through ambiguity.
* Interaction-first approach: design how it works, not just how it looks.
* Skilled in Figma, design systems, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA).
* Experience in research and usability testing;
* Strong grasp of discovery, experimentation, and agile ways of working.
