- Research, interpret and forecast emerging fashion trends, fabrications, colours and silhouettes to develop commercially successful collections.
- Produce seasonal mood boards, colour palettes, CADs, technical sketches and comprehensive design packs.
- Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure designs are commercially viable, production‑ready and delivered to critical path deadlines.
- Present design concepts and seasonal ranges confidently to clients and key stakeholders.
- Drive innovation through fabric sourcing, garment construction and silhouette development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
- Support and mentor junior members of the design team where required.
- Proven experience as a Womenswear Designer within a supplier or retail environment, specialising in woven multi‑product.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating an elevated, current and trend‑driven handwriting across womenswear.
- Extensive knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends, with the ability to translate catwalk and market inspiration into commercial product.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, collaborative and highly motivated, with a passion for creating innovative and commercially successful womenswear collections.
