Graduate Landscape Architect
Location:
Manchester
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per year
A Multi‑Award‑Winning Architecture and Building Consultancy with offices in the UK & Internationally provides creative solutions for clients, society, and the built environment. The role is for a Graduate or Assistant Landscape Architect who is keen to advance their career. You will possess design and technical skills with a strong eye for detail, a working knowledge of Revit is an advantage, and an interest in passive design and sustainability is a differentiating factor.
Requirements- Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Working towards LIA Part IV professional exams and Chartered status
- Good plant knowledge
- Able to work under own initiative with supervision
- Able to effectively prepare presentation drawings
- Ability to prepare detailed design and working drawings, schedules and specifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign & Sketch‑Up
- Revit knowledge is an advantage but not a necessity
- Competent use of 2D, 3D AutoCAD Desktop and 3D rendering packages
- Commitment to CPD events and technical literature to stay current
- Full UK driving licence
