MK Consult is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator in Manchester to lead technical design coordination for high-rise residential developments. You will manage consultant teams, ensure compliance with Building Regulations, and guide projects through RIBA Stages 4–6.
This role requires strong leadership, UK planning knowledge, and experience with Gateway approvals. You will collaborate with internal teams and external bodies to deliver build-ready information and maintain high standards.
