We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically capable Intermediate Architectural Technician / Architectural Designer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality residential developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career while working on a range of exciting projects, including multi-storey residential schemes. You will work alongside experienced technical and design professionals, assisting with the production of technical information and supporting projects through design and construction.

Reporting to the Senior Technical Team, you will play a key role in the preparation and coordination of technical design information across a number of residential developments.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Producing and updating architectural drawings and technical details.
• Assisting with the preparation of RIBA Stage 4 technical packages.
• Coordinating consultant information and incorporating design changes into project documentation.
