Town Planner to Senior Town Planner

Due to continued growth, they're looking to welcome a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to their collaborative and ambitious team.

From day one, you'll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across the private and public sectors, including residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in shaping communities.

• Preparing and managing planning applications and supporting documentation.
• Producing planning strategies, site appraisals and development feasibility reports.
• Researching planning policy and monitoring legislative updates.
• Preparing planning statements and supporting appeals.
• Engaging with clients, local authorities and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Attending site visits and client meetings across a varied project portfolio.

• MRTPI Chartered Planner. (or working towards chartership).
• RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
