Senior Architectural Technologist
Location:
Manchester
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an AJ100 practice who offer award-winning design services to high-profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to lead on a range of projects for their team in Manchester.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
Produce project information from RIBA stages 4 and onwards
Manage information flow across the design team and consultants
Carry out design team and site meetings to ensure successful project delivery
Issue working drawing packs throughout the project lifecycle
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
Relevant degree within architectural technology
Significant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit is desirable
Experience managing large scale projects across various sectors
Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
Job running experience
Excellent technical detailing skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
