We’re working with an established AJ100 architectural practice that is looking to strengthen its Manchester team with an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional who can take ownership of projects and play a key role in delivering projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion.
The Practice:An established AJ100 architectural practice with a strong national presence and a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK.
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative technical team and work on significant projects while developing your career within a well-established practice.
- 10+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong technical delivery experience through RIBA Stage 4 to completion
- Advanced AutoCAD skills
- Strong technical detailing and construction information knowledge
- Experience coordinating consultants and external design teams
- Contractor and sub-contractor liaison
- Comfortable attending design team and site meetings
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work with autonomy
- Full UK driving licence preferred
