What do you need?

You'll need to be passionate about doing things once, the right way.

Your role is essential for the smooth designing and building of projects.

You'll be experienced with the CDM regulations, the BSA and ideally HRBs. If not HRBs, you'll need to be an accredited PD or soon becoming one.

Ideally, you will have dealt with the responsibilities of being a PD - planning, monitoring and coordinating health & safety throughout the design and build process.

Experience dealing with contractors and other design consultants will be useful too
