Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an international RIBA chartered practice who offer award-winning multidisciplined services to high profile projects across the education, commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their growing studio.

- Manage and deliver on a range of high-rise residential and education projects
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
- Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
- Degree within Architectural technology
- Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Achieved or working towards CIAT chartership
- Experience working on high-rise residential projects
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Manchester area
