Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
- Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and models using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop efficient and buildable design solutions.
- Carry out site visits and surveys, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with current building regulations and design intent.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and wider project teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience needed for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
- A degree or HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD with a solid understanding of BIM workflows.
- Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and technical drawing skills.
