Architectural Technician  As an Architectural Technician, you will play a vital role in my clients mission to address the UK's housing crisis by creating beautiful, energy-efficient spaces that enhance the lives of their inhabitants. Your work will directly impact the way communities grow and thrive, as you help transform visionary designs into tangible, lasting homes.  Performance Objectives  
* Collaborate with design architects to deliver detailed plans and elevations that meet both aesthetic and regulatory standards within project timelines.
* Develop and refine construction drawings and technical documentation to ensure seamless integration from blueprint to build.
* Utilize advanced software tools to create 3D models and simulations that support innovative, cost-effective building solutions with a focus on sustainability.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align architectural designs with project goals and client expectations.
* Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with approved designs and building codes.
* Research and propose new materials and methods to enhance energy efficiency and structural integrity in our homes.

Essential Qualifications  
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
* Proficiency in CAD software, with experience in BIM and 3D modeling preferred.
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainable design.
