* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align architectural designs with project goals and client expectations.
* Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with approved designs and building codes.
* Research and propose new materials and methods to enhance energy efficiency and structural integrity in our homes.
* Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations to communicate design concepts and construction solutions to stakeholders. Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
* Proficiency in CAD software, with experience in BIM and 3D modeling preferred.
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainable design.
