• Provide clinical leadership and management across general anaesthesia services.
• Develop subspecialty expertise and mentor junior staff.
• Contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives.

• Consultant level experience in anaesthesia.
• Evidence of team working and leadership.
• Experience in different hospitals / departments with leadership and management exposure.
