Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a locum post split across Germ Cell and Acute Oncology medical oncology services. The role is for 10 PAs with an equal split across each area. The successful applicant will work at The Christie NHS FT main site. The postholder will work across both disease groups as follows:
- Germ Cell – delivering two clinics per week and playing an active role in the regional MDT.
- Acute Oncology – leading on inpatient reviews and decision-making on the wards.
There is a 1:20 full-week on-call rota. The on-call consultant provides a post-take ward round each morning to review all newly admitted patients.
