Overview
Consultant Anesthesia vacancy in KSA Eastern Province. Tax-free package up to £400,000 GBP. State-of-the-art hospital infrastructure. Tier-1 Board. The successful candidate will assume clinical leadership within the department, managing complex perioperative cases and mentoring junior medical staff while optimizing acute patient pathways.
Responsibilities- Assume full clinical leadership within the department.
- Manage complex perioperative cases and optimize acute patient pathways.
- Mentor junior medical staff and support professional development.
- Tier-1 Western Board Certification (e.g., FRCA via CCT, American Board, European equivalents) in Anesthesia / Intensive Care.
- No less than 5 years of dedicated consultant-level experience within a major, western tertiary teaching hospital.
- Strong collaborative leadership metrics, analytical acumen, and a proven track record of managing high-throughput operating theatres.
- Direct, tax-free financial package of £280,000 – £400,000+ GBP per annum, augmented by institutional performance bonuses.
