Requirements- Recognised medical degree and current registration within a UK or European medical system.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on clinical practice following full registration.
- We source exclusively from UK and European training and licensing jurisdictions.
- Excellent spoken English and strict NDA compliance are required throughout.
- Compensation is tax‑free at £180,000 – £213,333, structured for long‑term retention.
- Private accommodation, relocation support, and comprehensive medical insurance are included.
- Medical Staff Talent provides advisory guidance through the DHA licensing process.
- Generous annual leave and long‑term contract security are included.
