Cover Supervisors – Manchester
Minimum 3 Months UK Experience Required

Teacher Active is working with a wide range of secondary schools across Manchester who are looking to appoint experienced Cover Supervisors to support with day-to-day and long-term cover.

This role is ideal for confident classroom practitioners who are comfortable delivering pre-set work and maintaining high standards of behaviour across a range of subjects.

The role will involve:

Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 using pre-prepared lesson plans

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged in their learning

Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day

Working across a variety of subjects as required

We are looking for Cover Supervisors who:

Have a minimum of 3 months’ experience as a Cover Supervisor in a UK secondary school (essential)

Are confident covering a wide range of subjects

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Are reliable, adaptable, and professional

Can commit to school hours, typically 8:30am – 3:30pm

Are willing to travel
