Qualified Geography Teacher

A secondary school in Manchester is seeking a QTS
Geography Teacher
to join their Humanities department. Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher who can deliver engaging Geography lessons and support positive outcomes for students?

Teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4. Both experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.

• Deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum
• Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with school staff and departments
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in Geography
• Experience teaching Geography at secondary level (desirable but not essential)
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
