We are seeking Lecturers with expertise in:

• Sustainability and Responsible Business
• Financial Technology (Fin Tech)
• Digital Business, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship
• Marketing

• A strong academic background in a relevant discipline
• Evidence of high‑quality teaching
• Research activity or clear research ambitions
• Engagement with industry, policy, or professional practice (desirable)
• A commitment to inclusive education

• Design and deliver a range of teaching materials and modules, as well as setting, marking and assessing work
• Supervise student projects, including, where appropriate, PGT, field trips and placements
• Extend, transform and apply knowledge acquired from scholarship to learning, research and where appropriate external activities
• Work with colleagues from across the School to share best practice knowledge and find opportunities to collaborate, where appropriate, to enhance the student experience
• Promote equality and diversity for students and staff and sustain an inclusive and supportive study and work environment in accordance with University policy
