Call Centre Trainer
Call Centre Trainer £38,000 - £42,000 Full‑time, flexible hours
If you enjoy delivering training that actually lands and helping people perform from day one, this could be a strong fit. You'll design and run learning programmes that make a real impact across the business.
Responsibilities- Delivering training for new and existing employees.
- Running inductions and supporting onboarding.
- Creating and updating training content and materials.
- Engaging groups and facilitating discussions.
- Tracking progress and sharing insights with managers.
- Supporting e‑learning and bringing fresh learning ideas into the team.
- Experience in training, learning delivery, or teaching.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Confident using Microsoft and Google tools.
- Able to solve problems and manage an engaged room.
Monday to Friday
