KS2 Teaching Assistant

The Opportunity

We are working with a range of respected primary schools seeking KS2 Teaching Assistants to support learning across Years 3-6. This role is ideal for practitioners who are confident supporting older pupils, including those working towards SATs in Upper KS2. We can offer flexible supply placements or long‐term roles depending on your availability and experience.

• Assist with small‑group interventions and targeted support

• Uphold safeguarding and statutory guidelines

• Have solid primary classroom support experience
• Are confident supporting older pupils and differentiated learning
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
• Can follow instructions while using initiative when needed
• Maintain a professional, consistent approach at all times
