Aspire People is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school. The role will support teachers in delivering high‑quality education, assisting with classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment.

• Assisting with lesson preparation
• Supporting individual and group activities
• Promoting student engagement

This is a full‑time, permanent position with hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience with SEN children, specifically autism
• Recent experience in a primary school setting (within the last year)
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development

To be eligible for this role, you must have the right to work in the UK and hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for a new one. Additionally, you will need to provide references for the last two years.
